I’m Fred Pintos, the proud owner of Mi Casa Home Inspections.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always admired beautiful houses, so I decided to enroll at the University of Leon to study architecture. Once I graduated, I got into the construction business, designing kitchen spaces for leading companies.

While I enjoyed my role, I found myself more and more working behind the scenes carrying out designing and drafting. However, I wanted the opportunity to meet with people and help them to problem-solve, so I decided to become a home inspector.

I’ve now been in the construction business for more than eight years, and I feel that my years working as an architect has allowed me to make a smooth transition into the home inspection field.

Consequently, my traditional skills and knowledge of homes relieves some of the pressure for clients regarding their property’s condition, and they trust me to do a thorough job and submit a detailed report.

I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my determination to render value for money. For example, I don’t charge extra for thermal imaging.

I also attribute my success to my passion for serving people, and I live by the phrase “Mi Casa Tu Casa,” which means my home is your home. Therefore I treat each house as if it was my own, and when clients are thrilled with the outcome, it fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not inspecting homes, I love fishing, snowboarding, and adventure motorcycle riding. I also feel that we should live and let live, and I try to spread joy and happiness wherever I go.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a home inspector in Chilliwack or anywhere in the Fraser valley, BC, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.micasainspections.com.

Sincerely,

Fred
